Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in every NuTona purchase. This policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds—so you know exactly what to expect if something isn’t quite right.

We want you to love your NuTone products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return

The return is received by us within 14 days of your request being accepted
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Product(s) you wish to return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Package the item(s) securely and send it to us using a tracked delivery method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.

We’ll notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the issue

We will either send a replacement or offer a full refund, including any delivery charges.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:

Used or opened skincare products

Items without their original packaging

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
5. Non-Returnable Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or Consumer Rights Act.
