At NuTone, we aim to deliver your skincare products safely, quickly, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands)

2. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days (order before [cutoff time])

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

4. Order Tracking

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If you miss your delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@nutona.co.uk, and we’ll investigate promptly.

6. Delivery Issues or Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
